OUR STORY
A shared life.
A shared purpose.
Canine Camp was born from a shared dream, to create a place where dogs could live the life they were meant to live.
Our lives have always revolved around dogs. They're part of our home, our careers and our everyday adventures. Between veterinary medicine and working-dog training, we've spent years seeing what dogs need not simply to be cared for, but to truly thrive.
Canine Camp is our way of sharing that belief with yours.
MEET KERRI
The vet
with a passion for potential.
With 13 years of experience as a small animal veterinarian, Kerri has spent her career caring for dogs through every stage of life. Today, as the director of a veterinary hospital, she brings that same level of clinical expertise and attention to detail to every dog that attends Canine Camp.
Her passion extends far beyond treating illness. She believes the healthiest dogs are those whose physical and emotional needs are equally fulfilled, and that every dog deserves the opportunity to move, explore and live the life they were built for.
MEET SCOTT
The trainer who speaks their language.
With over 20 years of experience training dogs for anti-poaching, search and rescue, police work and dog sports, Scott has developed an exceptional understanding of canine behaviour. Today, he brings that same knowledge and calm approach to every dog he works with, from elite working dogs to beloved family companions.
Scott believes every dog has untapped potential. By building trust and understanding what motivates each individual dog, he helps them build confidence, capability and fulfilment, allowing them to leave camp calmer, happier and better equipped for everyday life.
THE LANDSCAPE
CALDERA CREEK
Canine Camp operates from Caldera Creek, a private working cattle farm in Northern New South Wales. Surrounded by rolling green hills, flowing creeks and expansive open paddocks, with views towards Wollumbin, it's a landscape that invites dogs to do what they were born to do.
Every day at camp is shaped by the land itself. Dogs explore natural terrain, swim through creeks, climb hills, follow scents across open country and experience the freedom, challenge and fulfilment that comes from time spent in nature.
It's more than just the setting for camp. It's an essential part of the experience.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Adventure with purpose.
Freedom with structure.
We believe every dog deserves the opportunity to experience the world the way they were designed to. To run through long grass, follow a scent, climb a hill, swim through a creek, solve problems and explore alongside other well-matched dogs. These aren't luxuries, they're experiences that help dogs build confidence, resilience and fulfilment.
Everything we do at Canine Camp has intention. Every adventure is thoughtfully planned, every challenge is tailored to the individual dog, and every experience is designed to satisfy the instincts that modern life so often leaves untouched.
Our goal isn't simply to tire dogs out - it's to send them home happier, more confident and deeply fulfilled.
We can't wait to meet your dog
